Refund policy

At Delightful Little Treasures, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

• Returns & Exchanges: I only accept returns or exchanges if the item is faulty, damaged, or not manufactured correctly. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Non-returnable items: clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• What’s not eligible: I do not accept returns for change of mind.
